A Foundation Built in Switzerland
My leadership journey started in Switzerland, where an international company trusted me to lead development projects. Working closely with the Board, I designed and implemented leadership programs that empowered management and delivered measurable results.
My success in this role led to my promotion as Head of Learning & Development. I then managed a team to develop tools for assessing competencies, performance, and potential, while collaborating on compensation strategies and organizational change. During this time, I also earned my EQA Foundation accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), solidifying my expertise in leadership development.
A Leap Toward Personal and Professional Transformation
Despite my career in Switzerland, I felt a deep desire for transformation. Taking a bold step, I moved to Sydney with the vision of establishing myself as a ‘leadership enabler’.
Transitioning from the Swiss mountains to the Australian beaches came with its challenges. I had to navigate cultural differences, to adapt to new work dynamics, and to rethink everything I thought I knew. But, I didn’t come to Australia to play it safe. I knew the only way to truly understand the market was to dive in headfirst.
I am deeply grateful for the visionary companies that trusted me from the start. They allowed me to step into their challenges, grow alongside them, and co-create meaningful change.
Today, my work allows me to operate in both Australia and Switzerland, creating a unique bridge between cultures, languages and approaches on leadership. This dual presence gives me the possibility to offer clients enriched support and solutions shaped by global insights.
