What is coaching?
Leadership coaching is a collaborative partnership between the coach and you, the coachee.
Through focused conversations, feedback, and strategic guidance, we help you gain clarity, make better decisions, and develop strategies for overcoming challenges. Together, we’ll elevate your skills as a leader, going beyond just managing.
It’s a process that empowers you to step into your best self and achieve lasting results.
Why would I need coaching?
At Giney Leadership Solutions, we understand that leadership can often feel isolating, as you’re expected to empower others while rarely receiving the same support in return.
Let us be the ones to help you feel empowered in your role.
Who is it for?
Coaching is for everyone, but at Giney Leadership Solutions, we specialize in helping leaders, from supervisors to CEOs.
What a session is like?
A coaching session typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes and is fully tailored to your specific goals.
Each session involves open conversation, goal-setting, and actionable insights to help you move forward.
From one session to the next, we’ll assess progress, challenges, and any resistance, with the aim of shifting your mindset over time and achieving your goals.
Each session begins with a check-in before diving into a discussion that may revisit past topics and focus on your current priorities. Most sessions end with clear actions you are committed to taking.
Sessions can be conducted either online or in person, depending on your preference and availability.
How many sessions should I have and how frequent are they?
Typically, we work in blocks of 6 to 8 sessions, scheduling one session every 4 to 6 weeks.
At the end of the first block, we’ll review progress and provide feedback, and if needed, a second block of 6 to 8 sessions can be arranged.
Depending on your development goals, longer or shorter blocks can also be tailored to suit your needs.
What is expected of me as a coachee?
Leaders who achieve the most from coaching are those who prepare thoughtfully for each session and communicate openly. They stay receptive to feedback and dedicate the time and energy needed to engage fully in the process.
Ultimately, you are responsible for taking the actions required to implement your commitments and achieve the goals you’ve set.
And remember, without this commitment, it remains just a conversation.
